1, What is information we need before quotation for Alnico magnet?
 Before our quotation, usually we need the following information.   
1) Material type and magnet performance.   
2) Size and shape, and magnet tolerances, normally International tolerance       is +/-0.1mm   
3)  Max working temperature.   
4) Delivered magnetized or unmagnetized, Magnetization direction  
5) Quantities required.   
6) Coating required (if any)

2, What about the lead time for mass production?
 Bulk lead time: 7-15 days according to the order quantity.

3, How long can I expect to get the sample?
After your payment of the sample charge and files confirmed , the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arriving in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

4, Do you have MOQ?
We have no MOQ for most of items, but if the order quantity is small, and production cost will be higher.

Normally 50% deposit, and 50% payment before shipment. Because all of magnets are custom made.

Packaging&Shipping: 
1)By Sea: As the magnets have very strong power and attraction, and then we will use the plastic part to separate the magnets of each other , it will avoid someone will be hurt when take it out. Then, they will be packed in a small white box , several boxes to be a carton.  And all of cartons will be packed into pallets, and then we will use truck to transport them to China custom warehouse 



2) By Air: If the goods will be shipped by air, all the magnetic should be degaussed and we will use Iron sheet to shield.
