Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is within 2-5 working days if the goods are in stock. It is within 5-7 working days if the goods are out of stock, which depends on quantities. In addition, it'll be 10-15 working days for customised products. 

Q: Do you provide samples? 

A: Yes, samples can be offered. 

Q: How to ship goods to us?

A:  We can send goods by DHL/Fedex/TNT/UPS/AREMEX/SEA, and door to door.

Q: We need my own package and brand. Can you offer the service?

A:  Yes, we can offer OEM/ODM service for your brand or your design, but we will require a MOQ for different models. 

Q: What after-sales service do you offer?

A:  Each printer will have 12months warranty. If there is any issue caused by non-artificial damages, we will offer technical support or help in your daily use for lifetime and offer lastest software for your updating.
