Product Introduction

Vertical Autoclave is mainly used in hospitals, laboratories, universities and other institutes where users need to sterilize
temperature-resistance solid and liquid.
It can kill all microorganisms including spores. Under the pressure of 103.4 kPa (1.05 kg / cm2), the temperature reached 121.3 ºC and maintained for 15-20 minutes. It is suitable for sterilization of common culture medium, normal saline, surgical instruments, glass containers, syringes, dressings and other articles.

Advantage
1. Over-temperature automatic protection device: the system automatically cuts off the heating power when the set temperature is exceeded;

2. Anti-dry protection device: when the water level is too low, the system automatically cuts off the heating power;

3. Overpressure automatic relief device: if the opening pressure of the safety valve is exceeded, the safety valve will open and release the pressure;

4. Overcurrent protection device: When the equipment current is overloaded, the overcurrent protection switch will act, and the system will automatically cut off the power supply;

5. Leakage protection device: When the equipment has a leakage fault, the system will automatically cut off the power supply.

6. Safety interlocking device: a new type of pressure and temperature double safety interlock, the door cannot be opened after the equipment is pressurized.

7. Door detection device: Only when the sterilizer door is closed in place, can the power supply be turned on and heated to produce steam.
