102 Air-Pressed Hopper is the latest hopper series developed by JinYi. It is used to provide a stable and uniform batt for carding process. It uses a large circulating airflow in a sealed environment to ensure a uniform fiber supply, and a vibrating plate to further homogenize the output batt. The machine uses two control systems to ensure the stability of the output batt.
