1. Store the product in an ice box or on an ice bath before use, and store it at -20ºC immediately after use.
2. Escherichia coli strains DB3.1, CCDB Survival, Stable, JM109, XL1-Blue and XL10-Gold can tolerate CCDB and can be used to reproduce or preserve plasmids containing CCDB. Therefore, PSWE-Topo Zero Vector is not applicable for filtering. DH5α, TOP10, TG1 and other competent Escherichia coli cells that are not tolerant to CCDB commonly used in other laboratories are applicable.
