Function: 
To remove the outer fiber husk of the coconuts, both wet and dry.
 
Conclusion: 
1200-1300 coconuts can be processed one hour by only one man, considering the human operate, we recommend customer process 2000 coconut per hour. If that we can adopt 2 sets dehusking machine. 
 
 
2. Desheller

Function:  
To remove the inner shell of the coconuts, especially for the coconuts stored for long
 
Conclusion:  
The capacity of desheller is 700coconut per hour, we will need around 3 sets desheller to reach 2000 coconut per hour.

Function: 
 To remove the impurities after deshelling the coconuts, so that can keep a good quality of oil. Adopt SUS 304 material, special for food industry. 
 
Conclusion:  
The coconut copra content is around 25%, so we can get around 1~1.5ton coconut copra. After washing process, we can get very clear coconut copra.
 
 
 
4. Wet Coconut Copra Crushing Machine (Grinder)

Function:  
To crush the coconut copra into powder, the size is 2mm~3.5mm, so that we can extract the oil more easy. The coconut powder will go to coconut milk press machine. 
 
Conclusion:  
We should crush the whole coconut copra, as the size is not good for the presser, after get powder we can press very easily. The oil yield will be higher.

To extract the coconut milk from coconut powder, then separate VCO from the coconut milk. 
 
Conclusion:  
The milk yield is 60%~65%, Bearing material adopt NU208 and NU310; except motor, bearing, belt, etc can not change the material. All the other parts adopt stainless steel material.
