X-10C Series Organosilicone Kind Defoamer

1. Product Characteristics
(1)The main components are polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silica, dispersant and stabilizer etc.
(2)Have the good consistency with the application system(acrylic acid kind materials).
(3)Compound by different structure of organic silicon, defoaming quickly, with the better foam suppression performance.

REMARK:

pH is tested by the professional pH paper(5.5-9.0), can not use the pH meter.

3. Application Field
(1)Textile industry (PVA sizing agent);
(2)Chemical building materials (cement mortar, concrete);
(3)Oil processing (drilling mud, cementing).

4. Relevant laws and regulations compliance
(1)Without NP, APEO;
(2)Without the substances mentioned in the SVHC list in the REACH Regulation.

5. Use Method
(1) X-10C can be diluted with thickening water, dilution process, the stirring speed of 30rpm-60rpm, the proposed mixing time do not more than 10min. Please refer to our customer service department for specific dilution method. We will not be responsible for any adverse consequences arising from improper use of the product.
(2) When use the product at the scene, recommended to choose defoamer easy disperse places to add , the specific application is as follows:
a.Textile acrylic acid sizing agent: as a formulation component is added after the slurry is finished (preferably at low temperature) or directly during slurry sizing. Add the amount of the total formulation of 0.2% -0.5%;
b.Chemical building materials (cement mortar, concrete): directly in the cement mortar, concrete mixing process to add; the amount of the total amount of the total formulation of 0.05% -0.5%;
c.Oil processing (drilling mud, drilling fluid additives): in the process of drilling mud to add or as a foam component added to the drilling fluid additives;
d.Petroleum processing (cementing): added during cementing mortar mixing.
Note: the best add point, additive amount, adding mode dilution ratio requires the customer according to the actual situation of the scene test decision

6. Packaging and Storage
Be packed in 25kg, 50kg or 200kg plastic drums. If there are special requirements 
can be customized.

ANNEX:

This test is done in the laboratory, due to laboratory conditions can not completely simulate the customer site conditions, the following test results are only for reference.
Test material: Textile size
Test method: Shake bottle method to test the suppression of foam performance, after heating and stirring to observe the compatibility.
Test medium: Acrylic acid slurry bubbling liquid.
Test conditions:
(1) Temperature is room temperature, defoamer directly added, the amount is 0.06g;
(2)150ml textile size+50ml water+5mlethyl alcohol, add 2g defoamer, keep temperature at 65~70ºC and stir for 30min, drop temperature and place for 24h to see the precipitation result.
Evaluation criteria:
The shorter of the defoaming time means the better anti-foam performance;
The less precipitation, means the better the compatibility.
