Q1:Can we get samples before placing order?
A1:Yes. We supply free samples but not include freight. We will return the freight if you place an order with us.  

Q2:Can we customize logo, package, pattern ect?
A2:Yes. OEM is available as long as quantity is more than MOQ.

Q3: How is your quality control?
A3: We have a professional QC team with strong sense of responsibility.We maintain tight control over production from raw materials to finish products.Each working procedure is monitored by our specialists to ensure the high quality.

Q4:How can I get my order? 
A4:We will choose cheapest Express or Air transportation for small quantity and sea transportation for big quantity order. We can also follow your appointed forwarder.
