Production Description:
Flame resistant conveyor belts are anti-static and fire resistant and possess self-extinguishing(in 5 seconds above ground) design and prevent fire from spreading over the entire belt.
The belts are recommended for internal transportation within tunnels and coal mines where the material is exposed to flame and there are chances of fire hazards. It is suitable for handling Coal, Coke, and other fire prone materials. 

We conduct various tests according to ISO standards. These tests include drum friction test, flame test, electrical resistance test etc. Test methods and performance standards vary enormously depending on whether a belt is used above or under ground and the level of fire risk of the material be conveyed.
