Description of Lump ore log ore washer/sand washer. Ore washing machine/iron ore washing plant
Log washer is applied to mud ore washing before materials beneficiation to improve mineral beneficiation index at back end process, which is applied to Manganese, Iron, Limestone, Tungsten, Tin, Silica sand etc. Materials washing.
According to silt content, grain size and washing difficulty level of cores, double-screw washer, troughed ore washer or cylindrical ore washer can be selected. Sand and gravel washers are also used to wash sand and gravel in construction sites, power stations, etc.
2RXL Log Washer introduces foreign technology and applies to de-sliming of sand and gravel. Single-deck or double-deck round screen is installed inside the drum of the washer which can get two or three types of sand and gravel production of different specifications.

Working principle
The machine is inclined installation, materials and water is feed into tank through feeding opening(the opening position is as required), with the stirring of spiral shaft impeller to wash ores. Mud and impurities flow out from overflow tank(overflow opening position is as required), ores sank in the bottom of tank to discharge(discharge opening position is as required).
