  This rapid test kit is intended for the qualitative detection antigen in human saliva samples. This kit is an immunochromatography assay. According to the gold immunochromatographic test principle, double antibody sandwich method was used to detect nucleocapsid antigen in the samples

USE STEP
1, Take out the saliva collector from the test kit. The funnel should be screwed on to the tube. Spit into the funnel until the level of the saliva in the tube(400ul), not including bubbles, reaches the sample level line.Buckle up the cap of the funnel until the sealed sample extraction liquid flows down into the tube.
2,  Vertically hold the tube and unscrew the funnel to remove it from the tube then discard the funnel.Take the tube cap (red color) and screw it on the tube tightly. Shake the tube 12 times to mix the saliva with the extraction solution.
3, Take out the test cassette from the sealed pouch, place it on a clean and level surface with the sample well up. Open the tube by unscrewing the tube cap (red color).
4, Use the disposable pipette along with the test kit to aspire some sample from the tube, Apply 6 full drops of the treated sample (70μl or so) vertically into the sample well of the test cassette.
5,  Observe the test results immediately within 15~20 minutes, the result is invalid over 20 minutes.
