Packaging:

* 1 PCS/carton, knock down. (Inner: with PE film; Spare parts packed in plastic bags).
* Can put logo on the cartons, name of the model and details of the model such as pieces, dimension or product sketch etc.
* We can make the package as your customized design.

Delivery:

* Normally we can make the delivery for bulk goods around 25 days after the receipt of the deposit, if there is stock and for sample, we can deliver within 10 days.

Q: How Iong will my chairs be warranted?

A: We will provide 5 years warranty to our original purchaser of new products from the date of purchase. Warranty is based upon material defect causing product failure within warranty. We will determine the course of action by supplying free parts, repairing or replacing the defective products.
