Crush Resistant Food Hose


Applications:
Crush resistant food hose is a multi-purpose hose with high performance,used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic industry. Hose assembled by our specific designed crimper and assembled with rubber protection ring provide it with perfect performance.


Advantage:
Hose with unique roller compaction recover structure, specially designed for application in harsh environment. It can recover/keep stability of round size after the rolling compaction by truck, rolling recovery rate ≥ 80%. The white and smooth tube rubber of food quality can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria. Hose with good flexibility and characteristics of anti twist, wear resistance, anti fouling. Hose can be used with steam and detergent at temperature no more than +130ºC for disinfections.

Tube: White, smooth sanitary grade NBR rubber, odorless, phthalates free, oil resistance, which is compatible with common detergent and disinfectant
Reinforcement: High tension synthetic textile
Cover: NBR rubber, oil resistance, ozone resistance, wear resistance, UV resistance
Temperature range : -30ºC to + 100ºC ( Remark: for steam application, temperature should be no more than 130ºC , last no more than 20min)
