   Soft finishing of cotton, linen, rayon and their blended fabrics or yarns and garments.

[Diluent method  ] (recommended 1 open 15-20)

  Cold hydration material: start stirring, slowly add the film into cold water at about 30ºC according to the proportion, stir and disperse,Then let it stand still and soak for 1-2 hours (or soak overnight), and then stir at low speed until it is completely dissolved.

  Hot water material: start stirring, slowly add the film into room temperature water according to the proportion, and slowly heat up to 60-70ºC,Stir again at low speed until completely dissolved for later use (stir for 40-60 minutes)

[Reference dosage  ]

 Dipping method: 5% diluent 3~8%(owf)

                 Bath ratio 1:6~10, room temperature~45ºC, soak for 20min→dehydrate→dry→set shape (150ºC×30'').

 Padding method: 5% diluent 20~60g/l

Working fluid for padding→drying→shape setting (150ºC×30'').
