[Production description]

   This product is a cationic surfactant, the main component is a mixture of quaternary ammonium salts, which is easily soluble in water or ethanol. The cationic antibacterial group can form a positive electric field on the surface of the fiber, adsorb negatively charged bacteria and molds, rupture the cell wall, leak intracellular substances, and effectively kill harmful bacteria, molds, etc.;

[Characteristic and advantages]

1.It dissociates into cationic active groups in aqueous solution. It is a cationic surfactant and is a non-oxidizing bactericide.

2. It has a broad-spectrum anti-mold ability: it has an excellent preventive effect on various molds such as Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus oryzae;

3.Does not contain benzyl chloride, has low toxicity, no cumulative toxicity, and is easily soluble in water.

4. It does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metal ions, and meets environmental protection requirements.

[Application range]  

Suitable for anti-mite and anti-mold finishing of cotton, polyester, nylon, wool, polyester/cotton, nylon/cotton, viscose and other fabrics.

 Used for anti-mite and anti-mold finishing of fabrics:  Padding method 30-50g/L (rolling rate 70-90%)

Dipping method 3%-5% (o.w.f.)

[Packing and storage]

50/120kgplastic drum (lined with plastic bag).

Store in a cool, ventilated place to prevent heat and exposure for a period of 6 months under room temperature .
