[Product introduction]

This product is compounded with special surfactant, and has excellent emulsifying, degreasing and scouring abilities. It is used for degreasing, scouring and bleaching of polyester knitting, cotton knitting, nylon knitting and their blended fabrics.

[Application scope]

1. Pretreatment of nylon knitted fabric and its blended fabric

2. Pretreatment of polyester and polyester cotton (T / C, CVC) blended fabrics

3. Pretreatment of cotton knitted fabric

[Reference dosage and process]

Reference dosage: use soft water to dilute 1 part of high concentration and low foam degreasing scouring agent into 3 parts

The bath ratio was 1:5 ~ 1:15, and the temperature was 90 ~ 100 ºC for 40 ~ 60 min

Scouring and bleaching of cotton / polyester / cotton fabric

[Packaging and storage]

It is packed in 120kg plastic barrel and placed in a ventilated and cool place to prevent exposure to the sun. The storage period is 6 months.

[Precautions]

1) If the storage temperature is less than 5 ºC, the product may thicken or solidify. Heat it to 20 - 30 ºC and stir it to use as usual;

2) If the storage temperature is higher than 40 ºC, the product may be stratified, and it can be used as usual after cooling to 20 - 30 ºC.
