YQ27 series single action stamping press has two kinds: Four-column and frame structures.

Four-column is simple, economical and good capability. Frame structure is of good rigidity, high precision and anti load-deflection.

Hydraulic system adopts pin-fit valve integration system with reliable action, long life, small hydraulic impact and few potential leakage possibilities.

PLC control system is separate. You can pre-set fixed-stroke or fixed pressure. There are three operation methods: Adjustment, manual and semi-automatic.

In the bottom frame, there is hydraulic pad. You can control its working (with pushing-out, without pushing-out, flanging) from the PLC control panel.

The tonnage is from 63MT to 2000MT.

This machine is applicable to all kinds of plastic material.
The machine has an independent power sector and the electrical system with centralized control button. Process action is controlled by relay. In has the dynamic and semi-automatic two operation mode. The working pressure and travel range can be adjusted according to process requirements. And the four-column hydraulic press machine is controlled by PLC, can be semi-automatic and automatic mode.
Function and structure
*The frame uses the three -beam and four-column structure. It consists
upper crossbeam, slider, table, column, main cylinder, hydraulic system and electrical components. The upper beam, slider, table are made of high quality welded steel and eliminated stress by aging treatment. Column material is 45# forged steel of high quality and surface is chrome plating after quenching.
*The main hydraulic cylinder is acted through one piston cylinder,
Cylinder material is 45# forged steel of high quality. The surface of the piston rod is treated by medium frequency quenching with longer service life. The main oil cylinder seals used imported material seal to ensure reliable sealing
*Work table and the slider has the T shape trough, which is convenient
for user to mold installation
