Primary Efficiency Washable Nylon or Metal Mesh HVAC Air Filter

Nylon or Metal  Pre Filter is made of standard bonded  metal or nylon mesh filter media in an aluminum frame channel.

It is a washable.

All corners are hammered to remove any sharp
edges and hammering also helps close the frame channel very firmly on the filte media, giving both
the frame channel and the filter media more strength in the corner areas. Our standard duty aluminum frame channel is heavier duth than the frame channel used by other
manufacturers. The frame channel is secured on one corner by an aluminum rivet and that corner is
flattened so the rivet seats more firmly. 

This is a superb quality  mesh air filter and will function well for long periods with normal cleaning

GH metal mesh coarse filters made of stainless steel or aluminum cell sides are available for high temperature operation, They are used as first stage filters of AHU, air condition and as ventilation filter that can resist acid, high temperature and alkali.
