Features: These Filter Ceiling Modules were developed to meet industry requirements for large cleanrooms with individually conducted modules. Each module is entirely factory-sealed, with all metal to metal joints bonded to prevent leakage. The low profile housing and light weight of the Boxes make easy installation.
