Xi'an Hua Ou Precision Machinery Co., Ltd, established in 2001, is located in China (Shaanxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone. II. Ball Screw Products
1.Heavy-duty Ball Screw
Hua Ou Precision Machinery has a mature heavy-duty ball screw manufacturing technology, which can produce heavy-duty ball screw with a diameter of 250mm, a steel ball diameter of 30mm, a single length of 12m, and a dynamic load of 300 tons or more.
2. Miniature Ball Screw
Hua Ou Precision Machinery has a mature miniature ball screw manufacturing technology, which can produce miniature ball screw with a diameter of 3mm or more, a lead of 1mm and a diameter of 0.5mm steel ball or more.
3.Large Lead Ball Screw
With the mature large lead ball screw manufacturing technology, we can produce ball screw with a diameter lead ratio of 1:3 and a maximum lead of 80mm, such as a ball screw with a diameter of 20mm and a lead of 60mm.
4. Super-long Ball Screw
Hua Ou Precision Machinery can produce a single length of 12 meters, two docking can reach 24 meters of super-long ball screw, ball screw docking technology is the company's patented technology, mature and reliable.
5. Nut-rotating Type Ball Screw

6. Steel Ball with Retainer Ball Screw
Hua Ou Precision Machinery can provide a ball screw with steel ball retainer. By inserting a ball retainer between the steel balls, the collision and friction between the steel balls are eliminated, the running noise of the ball screw is reduced, and the ball retainer has good self-lubricating property, thereby improving the life of ball screw.
7. High Speed Ball Screw
Through optimized design of ball recirculation structure of ball nut and ball returning device, Hua Ou Precision Machinery makes the steel ball return smoothly when the ball screw is running, thus improving the running speed of the ball screw. At present, Hua Ou Precision Machinery can provide a high-speed ball screw with a D.N value (screw diameter × speed) of 150,000.
