Wide application range: Wire Core Area: 0.1 -2.5mm2 x 2 cores. The type of wires that can be processed are plastic, PVC, Teflon, glass linear materials. It can process jacketed wires with 2 cores power.
Full automatic: Full automatic production to save the labor cost. The procedures of cutting and stripping are full automatic. It has also the function of quantify the wires.
High Precision: BW-882DP uses a hard tungsten steel, an imported high speed steel that improves the durability of the blade and 4 totally adjustable driving wheels to ensure the precision of the cut. It uses a reactive stepping motor, each step is about 0.1mm.
Stripping: The quality of the stripping is excellent and the pressure is easy to adjust with the computer integrated. The machine also can strip in the middle of the wire, up to 13 stripping positions.
High Efficiency: It can strip 2000-6000 pieces/hour within 100mm length of the wire, depending on the speed and the type of wire chosen. It can also be settled the outer diameter of the wire. Automatic pre-feeding and discharging, time setting for automatic starting, automatic shutdown while no wire or wire tangle.
Easy to use: The parameters settings are easy to settle in the integrated computer and its display on LCD screen is available in many languages (required), including Chinese and English. They are integrated the functions of auto quantify, bundle quantity and time postponed.
