A: If you find defects after you received the goods, please send us defects photos with quantity so we can check the reason, if it is quality problems or our faults, we would cover your loss, send replacements or grant special discount for your coming orders.
 
Q: Can I get free samples?   
A: Free sample but delivery fee charged.
These charges will be refunded to you when your mass production order is confirmed.

About Order   
Q: How long do you need for production and delivery?  
A: Normally, for ready goods and stock, we will ship within 24 hours after receive your payment.
In case out of stock and products are regular designs and models, we need about 30 working days to produce after receive your payment and all order details are confirmed. 
If new types, another 30 days model time need.
Different order quantity, different delivery time, please confirm with us when you are ready to place an order.    
    
About Payment and Shipment 
Q: Payment terms:   
A: 30% T/T as deposit and 70% T/T before the shipment
LC only for contain orders or West Union
 
Q: Shipping term:    
A: Small order, below 500kgs by express such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS etc
Big order, above 500kgs by air or sea
 
Q: Which port will you deliver the goods?  
A: As your requirement, any port is OK. Shanghai port is first choice. 
Please note that if you want a port far way from us, the transportation expense will increase.
