Chlorine Dioxide is the 4th generation disinfectant .it 's used widely, safe and efficient , no-poisonous and residue after use .It's confirmed to be A1 level disinfectant  by WHO. It's recommended to be used in food processing ,food container sanitization , food and vegetable mildew preservation in many developped countries ; also used to solve the pollution of water ,air ,soil and public environment ,and microbial problem, without secondary pollution . 

The main ingredient is chlorine dioxide, no sulfide. It has many advantages, fast  bleaching speed, good bleaching effection, no fading after bleaching ,easily operation , low cost etc ,as well as preservative efficiency.

[Method of use]
  1. Pretreatment: put the food into water , desalting or foaming for 24 hours, (using percolating water is the best , this process is needless for salt-free foods )
  2. Preparation for Concentrates: put 1000g powder into 25kg water and then Stir to dissolve completely, Place it in sealed plastic bins in the shade (shelf life:1 year)
  3. Preparation for bleacher liquid: (do as the table below) take a certain amount of concentrated liquid and the corresponding weight of the active agent, put them together and stir for 10-20 minutes,then add water to dilute.
  4. Bleaching : weigh food of the correspond mass and put it into the bleaching solution, pull it out until food turn into the white which you are satisfied with.Temperature of bleaching solution is best to be controlled between 40ºC-50ºC,and so the effect is optimistic and speed is quickest.
5.Rinse:rinse the bleached food with clean water until tasteless .
