1.Introduction

ASJ Type deep well submersible electric pump is designed according to national standard energy saving products, widely used in agricultural irrigation, water supply and drainage of industrial and mines, water for people and animals in plateau and in the mountains.   
 
ASJ submersible deep well borehole pump is composed of ASJ submersible pump and YQS type submersible motor integrated working under water. It has the characteristics of: simple structure, small volume, light weight, easy to install and maintain, safe and reliable operate, high efficiency and energy saving etc.

2.Feature
 
ASJ series deep well submersible pump is well directly connecting with diving asynchronous motor, assembles into submersible pumps. It is drive into the well, to extract the effective implement of geothermal water.                                                                                                                                                                                
-Using water lubricated bearings; coupling rigidly coupled to the coupling of the motor use.
-It works in a motor driven pump impeller rotating centrifugal force, the liquid energy increases, the diversion effect of the pump casing, liquid water pumping.
-When the deep well pump in the pump top with a check valve to prevent the pump shutdown, Yang who is back in the water, and damage the working parts, affecting the life of the pump.
-Scuppers while the design of the valve, you can let go of the line of water slowly to prevent winter frost crack pipe.
- Motor is sealed water-filled motor. Full of water inside the motor for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearings.
-Upper end of the shaft of the motor is equipped with sand bodies that can effectively prevent water and sediment into the body inside, in order to ensure the use of effects and life of the motor.
-The main role of the pipe section is coupled pump, lifting it in wells while delivering water to the ground up. Mainly by short pipes, pipe, plywood and other components.
-Short output tube is connected to water pipes and pumps transition member of.
-Elbow installed in the wellhead to change the transfer direction of water flow. Plywood is lifting the pump during installation and fixed output line.

An Pump Machinery is the pump factory approved by ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001. We also have the certificate of CE. Our factory is over 50,000 square meters with the professional engineer over 20. The Max casting parts weight we could do one time is 7 tons. And we have capacity to produce 600 tons per month and with the heat treatment furnace dimension 6mx5.5mx2.5m. The Max parts we could machine is 6.4 meters and we have capacity to assemble the pump over 1800mm and our cranes capacity is 30 tons.
