They are used for recycled barrels' lid-drawing before rinsing, which rise efficiency, reduce the possible pollution caused from manual drawing and decrease the worker's pressure. The machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance.
Automatic external bottle brushing machine
It is the pre-washing equipment for the product line, it has drive structure, brusher, water pump etc...
There are 4 positions to wash bottle. The external brusher has sprayer with water. Rotary brushing is assured that bottle is washed completely. The washing quality is stable.
Automatic barrel elevator
The automatic barreled loading system reduce the secondary pollution caused from manual operation, conveying the barrel into the mainframe washing. High automation degree save the workers and increase the working efficiency.
