Introduction
Bunched cable
 tester is designed according to relevant regulations such as UL1685, GB/T 18380.31 standards for wires and cables. It also complies with IEC 60332-3-10, BS EN 50399,KS C IEC 60332-3-21~25 (A~D category) standards.

When a certain amount of gas is supplied to the chamber and a standard ignition source is used for ignition, this instrument can be used to test the ability of vertically installed bundles of wires and cables or optical cables to inhibit the vertical spread of flames under the conditions specified in the standard.
In addition, if the burner of this tester is adjusted to 20 degrees, it can also make the test according to IEEE 383 (IEEE 1202) standard (Note: the combustion box is different). If a heat release instrument is attached, it can also measure power values, such as H.R.R(heat release rate), S.P.R (smoke generation rate), etc.

Main Features

1.Test chamber material is Stainless steel ;test chamber size 1,000 ± 100 (w) x 2,000 ± 100 (d) x 4,000± 100 (h) mm. Enclosure of the surface of the mainland is higher than the ground, and the back covered by insulation materials.
2. Equipped with standard stainless steel ladder according to standard request. One wide is 800mm, and another one is 500mm,according to IEC 60332-3-10,
3. Ladders are made of stainless steel, resist corrosion and easy to clean;
4. It is designed with a air intake in the lower part of the box, the size is 800 ± 20 (w) of x400 ± 10 (d) 
5. Imported K-type armoured thermocouple is equipped inside of the chamber ,diameter 2mm.
6. The top of the box is equipped with an anemometer monitor outside the combustion chamber;
7. The top of the box is provided with 300 ± 30 (w) of X1,000 ± 100 (d) air outlet, conveniently excluding flue gas during the test; wind speed can be adjusted;
8. The bunched cable vertical flame tester is equipped with standard electrical control cabinet;
9. Provided with the stainless steel exhaust pipes and related accessories;

Combustion Systerm
1.Propane gas burner torch with size 257mmx4. 5mm and total of 242 holes, diameter 3.2mm arranged in three rows, arrangement, respectively 81,80,81 holes ;
2. Importing United States AGF torch Wick, long 257mm;
3. High-precision ball valves, controlled gas switching;
4. Inlet air flow and gas flow meter and control valve; The air flow rate: (77.7 ± 4.8) L/min; Propane (13.5 ± 0.5)L/min under 100kpa,20 ºC:
5. Imported brands pressure gauges and pressure regulating valve;
6. Automatic ignition device system;
7. Burning angle can be adjusted to 20 degrees;
8. Air and gas flow rates must be accounted with the temperature and pressure, gas and air can be completed automatically by a computer program the compensation process.
9. Test Chamber temperature is monitoring in real-time and system with high temperature alarms, and automatic air shutoff;
10. Exhaust pipe is equipped with heat release quantity suction port; An external combustion heat release quantity analysis system.

Heat Release System
Structure Division:
1. Gas supply increase rectangular ventilation pipe to 300±10 mm wide, 80±5 mm high, at least 800mm length and an air box, to a depth of 150±10 mm;
2. Air intake with 2 mm thick stainless steel grille, grille aperture of 5 mm, center distance of 8 mm;
3.The air volume of 8000 l/min;

Smoke exhaust system includes: cover, exhaust pipe, the flow deflector, fan, gas sampling system and analysis system. According to the standard design completely.


Gas sampling Systme
  1. The gas sampling system include the suction pump, particles filters, cold trap ,exhaust valves ,water filters and  CO2 filter;
  2. Three-stage filters; filtering accuracy is 0.5um;
  3. Freezing cold traps with Compressor air conditioning and refrigeration systems, control the temperature 0~5ºC;
  4. Suction pump, flow rate: 33L/min vacuum: 700 mm Hg pressure: 2.5 bar;
