Application of Sintering furnace: 
1. This machine is suitable for aerospace, electrical appliance,telecommunications equipment and instrumentation circuit.
2.Applicable temperature:-60ºC~+250ºC;
3.Conductor material:use of silver plated wire, tinned-plated copper wire or bare copper wire;
4.AFR250 or similar to AFR250 after taping, sintered.


Basic supporting composition of Sintering furnace: 
Single head dynamic pay-off rack→ dancing wheel→ single head sinter → constant temperature trough→ single head hauling machine
This production line depends on manufacture situation to upgrade the configuration. Optical choose diameter measuring device, spark testing. 

Main technical parameter of Sintering furnace
Application for sintering polyimide multiple wrapping insulate aviation conductor. 
Applicable wire diameter is Φ0.25-Φ6.0mm. 
Wire production speed is 1.5-60m/min. 
Paying-off motor: 0.75kw converter. 
Hauling machine motor: 0.75kw converter. 
Temperature measuring point (total in 8 point): 7 points on the main frame, 1 point on the water seal tank. (depending on the height of sinter)
Operating direction: From left to right on the right hand. 
Temperature control: Japan RKC temperature-controlled meter. 
Taking-up and paying-off reel: OD≤Φ500mm, OW≤300mm, inner bore Φ24-Φ56mm. 
Taking-up type: Magnetic powder display tension.
