1: The protection board adopts Eve 2900mah electric core aging successfully. If you need to change other cells, you need to make samples and write data again. | |||
2: The voltage and current of the protection plate have been calibrated at the factory, but it needs to be calibrated again when assembled on the battery. Otherwise, there will be a little deviation, but not too much deviation. | |||

4: The protection board has two-stage charging protection function. It is necessary to assemble the protection plate on the battery to test whether the function is OK before short circuiting the short contact of J1 (arrow position in the figure below). Q: How do I judge what material my battery is ?
A: Please take a look at the battery body.if the normal voltage of your battery shows as 3.2V,the battery will be LiFePo4.If the normal voltage of your battery shows as 3.6V or 3.7V, the battery will be Li-ion or Li-polymer battery. you can also ask battery manufacturer the material of battery.
Q: Can I use this protection circuit board for my battery?
A: Can use this protection circuit board, or not?
There are 2 questions:
How much cells in series is your battery pack?
The protection circuit board you need to buy must be same cells in series as your battery pack.
What material is your battery?
Only the LiFePo4 battery has different electric parameter from other battery, so if you need buy the protection circuit board for LiFePo4 battery , Please let us know firstly.
Q: Do we need cell balance or not?
A: The function of balance : Since battery is made of many pcs of cells in parallel and in series, the cells can't be the same as no two people in the world is the same , so can only put in group with similar performance is not without balance function
Q: Do you have Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ)?
A: No, We don't have MOQ, Different customer have different requirement ,We can provide various capacity and size as per your requirements,Also ODM / OEM is welcome.
