1. Mixing device
    The main mixer chamber is two type, the jacketed type cooling system increase the heating area. The inwall of main mixer is hard-wearing metal which is resistant.
    The upper end has four hard-wearing boards which are plated tough chrome, the two side-walls has one hard-wearing board which is plated tough chrome, it is convenient for taking down and exchanging.
    The peak, the two sides and the top and the end of the arris of the rotor are surfacing plated tough hard-wearing alloy metal, with polishing and plating hard chrome. The axis of the rotor is hollow, there is drilling to the jacketed cavity of the screw arris, forced circulation cooling system can push cooling water up to the top of the arris, to strengthen the heating process. The material of the two sides support in the mixer chamber is cast steel, it has better strength and stiffness.
    Rotor shafts are supported on four double-row radial spherical roller bearing.

2. The pressure of the hydraulic rotor end face sealing device is adjustable. 
    The hydraulic four shaft one-way cylinder. The device use the lever platen to press sealed end face, at the same time lubricating oil and process oils enters into the device. Lubricating oil and process oils are outputted by electric high-pressure pump, and instantaneous oil pressure count can reach 64MPa, the normal count is 40MPa in working conditions which insure pipeline smooth and sealed oil stable.
    The seal moving ring of device is weld by tough hard-wearing metal, the seal fixed ring is made of bronze, there are sections of the machine, it is convenient for cleaning and exchanging.

3. Press material device
    The piston rod contacts the pressure weight by rigidity, which can reduce rub with component around. The diameter of the piston rod is longer than the diameter of general cylinder, which can increase the rigidity. The single slope of the pressure weight can reduce the cumulate material. The bottom is V type, plated tough chrome; it is wearable and corrosion resistant.
4. Unload material device and locking device
    The double-moving gear oil cylinder has falling discharge door, it is stable, safe and easy to repack. The three-cornered device of the unload material door is plated by tough hard-wearing alloy, using hole cooling pattern, the thermodetector in falling discharge door can measure the inner temperature of the rubber material.
    The biggest angle of the falling discharge door is 180°, the working angle is 135°, and it is easy to adjust.
    The locking device is Z-type, it is very safe, which can overcome the damage,inconvenient repair and change of plank type locking device.

5. Reducer and lubricant system
    Adopting secondary helical gear modular reducer, double shaft work by the coupling driving the rotor of the mixer device, gearwheel is made of 42CrMo metal, every bevel wheel has been debugged, and the cover of main moving gearwheel has been nitride and run in which can make the reducer working smooth, reducing the noise and expanding service life.
    The reducer has the lubricant system, oil pump spray the meshing point of the gearwheel with oil to keep it lubricant and cooling, every bearing is forced to get circulating lubrication. Every lubricating point has fuel indicator or we can observe oil supply from the screen.

6. Hydraulic system
    Hydraulic system switches the hydro-cylinder to the double gearwheel of the discharging device, locking the hydro-cylinder, end facing sealing device hydro-cylinder of the rotor; provide power oil to drive the machine. Hydraulic station has accumulator to provide power when power cut, manumotive solenoid valve open the lock, then discharging door open.

7. Grease lubricating system
    Adopting electric grease punm, with intermittent fuel feeding, providing rotor bearing, charging door, discharging door, locking device with lubricating grease timing.

8. Electric control system
    Adopting PLC, with touch screen (with free choice), which has dozens of technical formula data , can watch the voltage, current, power, mixing temperature, mixing time and failure warning from the screen. There are three control ways to choose, including time, temperature and electric power. When host is overload, electric system rise the pressure weight up, which can prevent main motor , rotor and other parts from damage. According to user's requirements, it can communicate with or control the upper computer including PC, IPC, and large PLC.
