Warranty period for Orca Hypalon is five years, for PVC is three years and for accessories is one year.
2. How should I store my water raft after use?
Store your water raft in a dry place away from direct exposure to hot sunlight or cold conditions. After use, deflated and rolled into the carry bag, it can be stored in any small space such as a closet or garage. Remember to make sure it is complete clean and dry before packed.
3. Is it possible to order a sample?
Yes. Sample order is accepted. 
4. What's the shipping way?
The raft can be delivered by express, air shipment or sea shipment, depending on your request. 
5. Can I add my LOGO?
Surely you can have your own water raft! The waterproof logo of your special design can be printed on the water raft.
