Product Description

1. Suitable for base paper weighing 80-600g; Base paper diameter: 1200mm; The width of base paper is 1600mm; Cutting width ≥30mm (cutting tools can be configured according to different needs of customers).
2. The main motor is Shanghai strong speed (11KW), with adjustable speed. Easy to adjust the production speed.
3. The inverter is the product of Anruiji, which is a well-known brand in China with high practical value, low failure rate and small repair rate. The motor is controlled by frequency conversion to adjust the speed of the machine.
4. The way of paper loading is shaftless hydraulic paper loading, which is stable and replaces the traditional shaftless paper, making paper loading faster and labor-saving. The handle type electric paper clamp makes the operation more convenient and flexible, at the same time, the double brake makes the paper pull force more even and powerful, and overcomes the phenomenon of loose winding caused by the single brake pull force.
