Introduction:
Metal seated cast steel knife gate valve ( Rising Stem Sprocket Wheel Operated Waterous Knife Gate Valve)is a new type knife gate valve whose seat is fixed up on the body. The metal seat ring moves ladderlike with body, and moves concavo-convex with seat. Cast steel knife gate valve is with O type seat ring is set between the metal seat ring and the seat, and a seat ring is at the joint of the seat and the body. Some dollops which are casted together with the body at the bottom, on the gate there also is bevel to fit the dollops. When the rising stem gate valve' gate closes to the bottom of the body, the dollops extrude the gate to impinge the metal seat. This structure breaks the shortage of can't be taking pressure test for the metal seat, evidently improve the effect of pressurizing.
