Profile Wire has various types of stainless steel & nickel alloy for different applications. We supply wide ranges of profiles with control to meet the special need and uses of different shapes in applicatons, such as filtration in petrochemical, oil, water, paper, pulp and food industries, mining industries, architecture, home applications, building industry, textile machineries and so on.
Our Standard range of Profiles: 2.00 mm² To 45.00 mm² Cross Section with a maximum Width 15.00 mm.
Stainless steel shape profile wire are produced on an Universal Cold Rolling Mill with following highlights:
Continuous dimensional checks with measuring system during rolling for highest accuracy.
Close Dimensional controls up to ± 0.010 mm both on Width & Thickness can be achieved.
Dimensional checks of the finished shapes is done on the most latest Profile Projector.

Flat / Rectangular Shapes
Thickness: 0.60 mm- 6.00 mm with Round or Flat edges.
Width: 2.00 mm -15.00 mm.
Square Shapes: 1.30 mm- 6.30 mm with Round or Flat edges.
Triangle, Oval, Half Round, Hexagonal, Tear Drop, Diamond shapes with maximum width 15.00 mm.
Other special complex profiles can be produced as per the drawings.
