2.1 Hydraulic system
* Double open hydraulic loops (pumping hydraulic circuit is independent of distributing hydraulic circuit) with two pumps, makes the whole hydraulic system much simpler. The reliability of the whole system is also much higher as well as the components' life is prolonged greatly. This makes it convenient for judging and removing trouble.
* Adopt large valve to change direction, ensures quick response of the main pumping loop, little inside leakage, good stability, high reliability and high contaminant resistant capability.
* Hydraulic system is equipped with overflow protection device. Meanwhile, the pump pressure can be automatically cut-off when over-pressured, which makes sure the pump is protected in multilevel.
* Oil supply for swing circuit adopts gear pump, which ensure strong distributing pressure and energy saving.
* Cone sealing of all pipes make the pipe joints seal reliably.
* The high-low pressure switch adopting cartridge valve avoids the trouble of dismantling and installing the oil pipe.
* Adopt emulsification technology of initiative and passive recovery integration.
2.2 Electric control system
* Compared with others, the electric control system is simplest, and its reliability is highest.
* The wire remote equipment is convenient for long distant operation.
* Contactless direction change of proximity switch in hydraulic cylinder ensures that the direction can be changed reliably.
2.3 Mechanical system
* The design of hopper and S valve and so on adopt I-DEAS software to calculate, which ensure the hopper and S valve have good rigidity and reasonable design , to avoid the phenomenon of hopper distortion and S valve breakage.
* Unique structure of agitator completely separates the hydraulic motor from agitator bearing pedestal. This ensures the motor won't be influenced even when sealing is worn. At the same time, large displacement motor ensures that the mixing moment is big enough to avoid stuck due to poor quality materials.
* Make sure the pumping is good and decline the phenomenon of pipe jam, the spectacles wear plate and cutting ring should be used in lower abrasion. Spectacles wear plate and cutting ring use high wear material, making the components' life prolonged greatly.
* Spectacles wear plate and cutting ring adopt wear resistant carbide, to ensure the good pumping condition of the pump. The service life is around 30000m3 or above.
2.4 Cooling system
The radiator adopts forced air cooling system, which keeps the working oil temperature of hydraulic system under 70ºC and ensure
the machine in normal working status.
