LF-20t Ladle refining furnace main technical parameters, complete set range and quotation
1.1 Applications
LF-series ladle refining furnace is used for refining of the molten metal in conjunction with the primary melting furnace, such as arc furnace, converter or induction furnace. It possesses the various metallurgical functions of arc heating, argon blow stirring, temperature measuring and sampling and alloying, etc. It is a critical secondary steelmaking facility for high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, tool steel and stainless steel, and so it could meet the requirements of continuous casting, rolling and ingot production.
1.2 This ladle refining furnace is applicable to the following operating conditions:
1.2.1 Altitude shall not 2, 000m;
1.2.2 Ambient temperature: 0C ~ 40C
1.2.3 Relative humidity shall not exceed 90% (25C);
1.2.4 Free of conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas around the furnace;

3. Self-provide parts by customer
3.1 Electrode and its connector;
3.2 Ladle hanger and sliding gate;
3.3 Refractory material and making lining;
3.4 Hydraulic system working media (water-glycol)\water\compressed air and argon.
3.5 Civil engineering, and the track of ladle car\pre-lay unit and screw of equipment's foundation;
3.6 The connecting pipes and lines for hydraulic oil\cooling water\argon and electric;
3.7 To import high voltage power supply to the input terminal of high voltage switch cabinet and furnace transformer by cable or copper plate, to buy\lay and test the connecting cable (copper plate), it will be borne by the buyer.
3.8 To import low voltage power supply to the input terminal of low voltage control cabinet, and ensure that its phase rotation and ground protection are correct, as well as the connecting lines that between the control cabinets and from the output terminal of control cabinet to the connection point of the equipment, it will be borne by the buyer.
