Product Detail Display
The procedure for using Sinotruck CDW 6 wheels 2 ton dump truck with 3.2 ton crane
1. Drive the truck to the working place, and parking it in the proper area where is easy to work (turn on packing brake lever).
2. Press the clutch pedal, turn on the Power Take Off (PTO), release the clutch pedal slowly.
3. Stretch out the support legs / outriggers.
4. Unfasten cable rope, extend the boom and load the goods into the hopper / cargo box.
5. Once finished loading, retract the boom and support legs / outriggers.
6. Press the clutch pedal,turn off the Power Take Off (PTO), release the clutch pedal slowly.
7. (Turn off packing brake lever) Drive the truck to the discharging area, and parking it in the proper area where is easy to work (turn on packing brake lever)..
8. Press the clutch pedal, turn on the Power Take Off (PTO), release the clutch pedal slowly.
9. Stretch out the support legs / outriggers
10. Slewing the crane boom to the front of truck.
11. Slewing the switch valve to the direction of hopper works,
12. Open the hopper / cargo box rear gate.
13. Pull the self dumping working lever and finishing dump.
14. Close the hopper / cargo box rear gate.
15. Slewing the switch valve to the direction of crane works,
16. Slewing the crane boom to the rear of truck.
17. retract the boom and support legs / outriggers.
18. Press the clutch pedal,turn off the Power Take Off (PTO), release the clutch pedal slowly.
19. (turn off packing brake lever) Drive the truck away from discharging area.
