HOW TO TEST ???

1.Put 180μL (about 6 drops of bubble-free diluent) into a plastic test tube.
Note: When removing diluent from a diluent bottle, discard the first drop and add 6 drops of diluent starting with the second drop into the plastic test tube.
2.Insert the pharyngeal swab into the nostril where most of the secretions are present. Gently shake the swab and push it into the nasal cavity until it reaches the turbinate (about 2.5cm in the nasal cavity). Gently shake the swab against the inner wall of the nasal cavity and remove.
3.Put the wiped pharyngeal swab in the diluent of the plastic test tube and squeeze it with your fingers to make nasal secretions dissolve in the diluent fully. Wring out the pharyngeal swab as far as possible and put the lid on the plastic test tube.
4.Add 90μL drops of bubbly liquid), and observe the results for 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, the results are invalid.
