Under the influence of heat, the heat transfer coefficient of the ordinary steel pipe preheater is k0≈24.2w/m2.c, and the heat transfer coefficient of the enameled steel pipe preheater is k0≈24.8w/m2.c. It can be seen that under the same condition of the heating surface layout , The heat transfer effect of the enamel steel pipe air preheater is better than that of the steel pipe air preheater.

2. After long-term operation of the ordinary steel pipe air preheater, due to dust accumulation and other reasons, the heat exchange effect is greatly reduced. The surface of the enamel tube is smooth, it is not easy to stick to dust, the thermal resistance of dust is small, the resistance of flue gas flow is small, the temperature of the tube wall increases, and the heat exchange intensity increases, thereby increasing the total heat exchange and improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

3. Reduce exhaust gas temperature and improve thermal efficiency: In boiler design, the exhaust gas temperature is often increased to prevent corrosion of the low-temperature end of the preheater. The enamel air preheater is used, and the exhaust gas temperature can be reduced to below 140ºC in the design. The thermal efficiency of the boiler is increased by more than 1%.

4. Service life: The service life of the enamel tube preheater is 2.5 to 5 times that of the ordinary steel tube preheater.

5. Maintenance and repair: The connection and sealing of the enamel tube and the tube plate adopts our company's technology-high temperature resistant flexible connection and sealing. After the air preheater has been in operation for a certain period of time, if a certain tube is damaged, the damaged tube can be taken out and replaced with a new enamel tube. The operation is simple and the replacement time is short. In the ordinary steel pipe box, if the pipe leaks, the leaking pipe is usually sealed. When the number of leaking pipes reaches a certain value, it will seriously affect the operation of the boiler. If the pipe box is replaced as a whole, it will cause more damage. Long shutdown time, and waste a lot of financial and material resources.
