application and details: Polypropylene melt-blow materials is used for producing fabric SMS non-woven, which is the M filter layer of mask and others. It has stable comprehensive properties, stable high fluidity, low carbon, environmental protection, narrow molecular weight distribution, low ash content, no other product residues, excellent spinning properties and other excellent characteristics. It is used in medical mask cloth materials and hospital surgical gown materials.     Polypropylene meltblown special material is based on polypropylene. It uses peroxide degradation and controlled rheology to improve the fluidity and molecular weight distribution of the resin. According to customer requirements, special polypropylene meltblown materials with a melt mass flow rate in the range of 300-1900g / 10min can be produced. The product is suitable for the melt-blown non-woven fabric forming process, and is the main raw material for the production of polypropylene melt-blown non-woven products. The important thing inside the mask is the meltblown layer M, which is mainly used to isolate droplets, particles, acid mist, microorganisms and so on.
