Accessories configuration

2. The maximum temperature is 130ºC, and each dyeing cup shows pressure.
3. Each dyeing cup includes exhaust and drainage system.
4. Heating and cooling system. (The heating rate can be controlled, reaching 1~3 degrees per minute. The cooling rate ≥ 2 degrees per minute.)
5. Automatic dyeing controller.
6. Each dyeing cup switch cover has a pressure relief interlock device and a pressure self-locking safety interlock device. (Safety valve)
7. The time of pressure relief and exhaust is less than the time of opening the cover. The opening device is slowly adjustable.
8. The heating valve is proportional adjustment type (SMC brand)
9.Worm gear reducer transmission control, self-locking position anti-weightless eccentric device.
10. The stainless steel electric control box is in a separate position, controlled by a frequency converter, which can adjust the speed of the positive and negative speeds, and the positive and negative times are adjustable.
