Both incandescent bulbs and LED bulbs can be used. The appearance may vary depending on the color and brightness of the light. Using dimming bulbs, you can show different lighting effects. The height of the wire can be adjusted freely (default length is 1 meter)

All use foam packaging and thick cardboard boxes to protect the lamps. If the glass is broken and the goods are damaged, please contact the store customer service and we will take care of it properly.

2.lamp frame K/D packing with Styrofoam inside,
3.other fittings are packed separately with poly bag and foam, every package is offered with English Installation instruction and picture.

About the of shipping :
you can choose express delivery ,airfreight , or seafreight .All depend on the quantity of order.
1.Express delivery--FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS,
For the small quantity, such as one or two, or ten pieces, you can choose express delivery that will be faster and safer, and you can receive the goods in your house,except the remote area.

2.Airfreight:
Also for the small quantity. It is more economic than express delivery but you need to make customs clearance in your local city for yourself.

3.Seafreight:
As the most economic means of transportation, seafreight is suitable for bulk goods and full contianer cargo, but it will take much more times to arrive at your destination.

FAQ

1. MOQ: Big chandelier 1pc, small lamp 50 pcs.

2. Certification: Parts of products has certificated by CE & RoHS, the others have certification of CE/VDE/UL/BIS/SAA/KSC/BS/RoHS for electrical components. 

3. Payment: 40% deposit, 60%the balance should be paid before shipping byT/T, other payment terms could be negotiated.

4. Lead time: 30-45 days for bulk order and 7~20 days for sample order. It could be negotiated if the order urgent.

5. Warranty: 2 years, free light bulbs are not under warranty.

6. OEM/ODM: both services are available.

7.Offer Samples or not?

Offer samples of most items. If samples sent by DHL, TNT, Fedex, etc., please suggest Detail address so that we can check the freight for you. Our sample charge 150% of the quotation. We will turn the 50% back to you when you give me the order. It normally takes 1~2 weeks to prepare the sample(if 1 item).
