• Precise four-column double-cylinder double-link automatic balancing mechanism, with cutting error of each cutting position within ±0.1mm.
• machine is suitable for continuous blanking of non-metallic rolls of the same specification and large quantity with forming knife mold. For example, it can be used in artificial flower, football, volleyball, tennis, sandpaper, medicine and other industries.
• Microcomputer controls the coordinated movement of the machine's transverse moving shaft and the feeding shaft, so that the machine can automatically complete the blanking action of the material, and the displacement distance of the punch and the length of the feeding can be set, reducing the loss of the leftover material and saving nearly 10% of the raw material.
• central automatic lubrication system ensures the cutting effect of the machine and improves its durability.
