Product Description

This reagent is used for in vitro qualitative test of virus antibodies (2019-IgG/IgM) in human serum, plasma, and whole blood samples. It is only used as a supplementary test indicator for suspected cases with negative result of virus nucleic acid test or used in conjunction with nucleic acid test in diagnosis of suspected cases. It cannot be used as a basis for confirmation or diagnosis of pneumonia caused by virus infection, and is not applicable to the screening of general population.

  1. Use the pipette or burette provided to drop 30μl of serum or milk or plasma or whole blood and drop them vertically into the sample tank, with each drop of 30μl (blood taking at the end: Disinfect fingers with alcohol cotton, take a blood needle, take 1 drop, drop vertically to the sample hole (s)).
  2. After 5 seconds, add 2-3 drops (about 80μl) of diluent provided in the material to the sample hole (s).
  3. Add the diluent and read the result ten minutes later.
