Q. How to proceed an order for led light?

Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

Q: How to install?
To place the light pole into the best spot with good day lighting.The light pole should be the length 4-6m, the thickness 2.0mm with material iron or steel, the diameter 89-110mm.The parts should be showed cleared when open the packing.Place the lamp on the pole by its sleeve, special screw should be used and steady installation should be ensured.It could work when you open the switch without any adjustment. Make the solar panel face south while installing. Meanwhile, you can adjust the angel between the lamp head and level (as follows), you'd better reconcile the lamp head with local latitude.Notice:Please Turn On swith before you install lamp.

Q What's the payment terms?
We could accept pay by TT / Western Union.And we believe that m ore kinds of payment terms would be accepted in the future.

Q What about after-sale service?
We do not bear any freight cost if product was damaged by human during warranty.But the freight(back and forth ) is for our account if prouct was damaged by itself.We will provide free parts to replace during 3 years warranty.
