Product Desciption
1.This machine will be used to waste plastic film/bags centrifugal dewatering dryer
2. Application:
PE PP HDPE LDPE LLDPE Agriculture film,Stretch film,Jumbo bags ,Snake bags,packaging film,Raffia bags,non-woven fabric,cement bags etc.
3. 5~8% moisture content after Dewatering machine .If it associated hot air dryer system,the flakes will very dryer (1% moisture content)
4.Supply 200~1000 kg/h capacity or customized big capacity for customer
5. Dewatering machine blade fixed by screw in the rotor shaft,it will more easy for worker to change it in the future.
6. Use 304 Stainless steel made screen,Machine inner have water pipe ,it will clean screen.
Working principle:
Material will at machine side Inlet feeding,Rotor shaft with 1500 RPM high speed spin to remover dirty water, Dirty water will drain out at the machine bottom. we will welding two water pipe and brush in machine inner,Water pipe use to wash material.Brush will instead worker to clean filetr screen.It is easy for worker to maintain machine in the future.
