The product mainly solves the problem of poor supporting rigidity of slender shafts (crankshafts, camshafts, sleeves) and other parts, which leads to insufficient machining accuracy.
The traditional center steady rest is generally supported by two points or three points. The support rods are manually adjusted manually to achieve the purpose of concentricity with the main shaft. The accuracy of the adjustment often depends on the touch of the skilled worker, so this method is not reliable. The accuracy and efficiency are low, and the supported workpiece and the spindle cannot be guaranteed to be concentric when tracking cutting and grinding, so it cannot meet the requirements of high precision and high efficiency for CNC machine tool processing. For this reason, we have developed a new concept of hydraulic self-centering steady rest ,which solves the above problems, not only can ensure automatic centering, but also can make the roundness and coaxiality of the turned or ground workpiece reach higher precision, so that the machine tool can achieve more reliable, stable, efficient, and high-efficiency Precision machining.
