1.Product Description
EVA Laminating Glass Equipment with UL Certification
1)Furnace body
Adopts newest custom encryption composite board as its insulation layer,can improve the mechanical strength and thermal insulation performance.

2)Heating
Adopts patented heating system,turbo blower make hot air circulation and strong convection inside the furnace,equipped with temperature sensing device,it can reflect and adjust the temperature automatically.Heating fast and evanly

3)Writing
All the heating writing is connected outside the furnace ,can effectively avoid the thread damage caused by high temperature.

4)PLC control system
Full automatic PLC control system,is very easy to operate,you only need set the parameter on the touch screen.

5)Silicone bag
It`s 3 mm thickness,could stand high temperature to 180 degree.with high tear resistance,aging resistance,longer service life,can make sure the laminated glass in a high seal and vacuum rata in processing.

6)Cooling table
The cooling the fast,the better the transparent.
There are three fans that can seep up the cooling of the glass and improve the efficiency  
  
7)Lifting platform
Elevator lift platform,Remote control
The height of the platform to each layer has been designed and fully automated, save time and labor.
