Use and maintenance of chuck
1. Lubricate oil regularly to ensure good accuracy

2. Hit molybdenum disulfide grease (black color) at least once a day, and put the grease into the chuck nozzle until the grease overflows the jaw surface or the inner hole of the chuck (inner hole protection sleeve and connecting nut)

3. At the end of the operation, be sure to clean the chuck body and slide surface with an air gun or similar tool.

4. Remove the chuck for decomposition and cleaning at least every 6 months, keep the sliding surface of the jaws clean and lubricate, and increase the life of the chuck.

5. For different workpieces, you must use different clamping methods or choose to make special fixtures

6. The use of cutting oil with anti-rust effect can prevent the internal rust of the chuck, because the rust of the chuck will reduce the clamping force and cannot clamp the workpiece
