In the design of single fans and system, NUMECA and FLUENT software have been used to establish an improved aerodynamic model of single fans and a system selection model with optimized vector.

All our products are equipped with the frequency conversion control system.

Product Description
Hang Neng tunnel construction fan applies mostly to meet ventilation requirements in highway, railway, city subway, pipe gallery and other constructions. Being designed by a professional team, various types of tunnel construction fans have been developed after hundreds of tests. Giving priority to ensuring long-distance air supply demand, the operation efficiency of the fans under all working conditions is optimized through reasonable fan/air duct configuration. Controlled by frequency conversion cabinets, the maximum ratio of efficiency and economy is realized. In this way, the electricity cost saved is several times the purchase cost of the fan.


Product Characteristics

1)      It supports the combination of multi-type main vanes and guide vanes, so as to realize tailor-made full working conditions and meet the requirements of flow and pressure combination at different altitudes.
2)      Designed with exquisite craftsmanship and cutting-edge technologies, with an average blade radial clearance of 2mm.
3)      Low noise emission. The 2-stage cone diffusion silencing system designed by the acoustic expert team can reach 85dB (low-power model) and 95dB (high-power model) at the 45-degree angle of 5m.
4)      Long-distance air supply. The construction fans can meet the ventilation demand of 1 ~ 5km with multi-stage matching. (Air supply belt provided or recommended by Hang Neng shall be equipped)
