Product advantages:
(1)The upper part of the machine is a frame-type scraping stirring, the upper head and oar can be lifted, and the bottom is an internal and external circulation emulsifying device.
(2)The better effect can be obtained by mixing the upper part with multiple wings and mixing the material with sufficient emulsification and stirring.
(3)At the same time, because of the bottom type emulsifying device, the functionis more extensive, the bottom homogenization head is short from the bottom of the pot, and the emulsifying convection impact force is strong, the product can be quickly particulate and achieve better glossiness.
(4)Because the direction of emulsified convection is from top to bottom, it is not easy to produce bubbles.
(5)If the oil phase of the product is less, the mixing effect can be played more,and the emulsifying time will be shortened, which will make the product structure more stable.
(6)When using such equipment, large and small quantities of production can be produced without the need for a capacity of up to 1/3 to produce.
